I'm on a research panel that recently posed the question, "What would you be prepared to read on your mobile?" 

Well considering the myriad of stuff I have to digest on a day to day basis as a media practitioner, I like to keep the interaction with my mobile device really easy and simple. Right now, I'm down to the basics of writing and reading over quick blog posts I type up on my mobile in Notes and text messages.

Although I really wish there was a more efficient queuing system for smses. I mean if I could host smses in an RSS-type reader, I so would because then it would save me the time it takes to click the button to read and then scroll throught the msg and then decide upon an action from yet another menu and a click of another button.

Not all sites are mobile friendly so reading news and blogs, I've left to doing on my laptop as opposed to my phone although I have seen someone go through Word docs and have tried it out on my Nokia N95 8Gb and it works like a charm so I'll never have to be without data again as my phone is a smartphone for a reason. It helps simplify life for me ;-)
