It seems the sentiments of Exclusive Books to the committal to 'service and value' for its customers has been turned on its head!
Especially the statements made by the Marketing Manager, Batya Green Bricker, "We believe in rewarding our customers by adding value rather than by undercutting our competitors; We are committed to nurturing a love of reading in children and with this in mind we have chosen to enrich the launch of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows for our customers, by hosting a series parties across South Africa that bring the books to life and celebrate the event in style."
Now, I'm not sure of how much less impressed I'd be with Exclusive Books if I had gone to collect my book at 1:01am on Saturday morning only to find out that my pre-booked book had been handed to someone else!
